Sales Consultant: Sales Consultants represent Mr. Rogers Windows within the community. He or she establishes new contacts and helps potential customers make informed decisions about Mr. Rogers Windows products.

  • Provides expert advice to potential customers
  • Assists in product selection by providing creative solutions and design ideas
  • Consults with the client to gain a deep understanding of the project objective
  • Guides the customer through the entire process
  • Prepares and organizes samples, supplies, and paperwork for the sales presentation
  • Guides customers throughout the buying process, including contacting and visiting them
  • Stays up to date on the industry, including new products and competition

Sales Team Captain: The Sales Team Captain uses his or her vast knowledge and experience to help streamline the sales process and guide the rest of the sales team. In addition to the duties of a Sales Consultant, the Sales Team Captain assists the Sales and Marketing Manager in administrative functions.

  • Trains, coaches, and mentors new sales consultants both in the classroom and on the job
  • Ensures all jobs are priced and sold properly, and that the paperwork is accurate
  • Aids new consultants with unique quotes and sales, as well as correcting sales returns
  • Assists in organizing and leading sales training classes and meetings

Show and Event Representative: The Show and Event Representative represents the company in the community at various home shows and festivals throughout the year. Many customers make their first contact with the Show and Event Rep, so he or she must be extremely personable, outgoing, and knowledgeable about Mr. Rogers Windows' products and services.

  • Sets up and staffs all shows and events
  • Engages in conversation with prospective customers

Inside Sales Consultant: The Inside Sales Consultant acts as a Hopsitality Host for the showroom. He or she guides guests through the variety of products on display at Mr. Rogers Windows.

  • Arranges appointments
  • Keeps the showroom neat and in working order

Accounting

Accounting Manager: The Accounting Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all financial activities. He or she oversees the fiscal health of Mr. Rogers Windows.

  • Processes employee financial documentation
  • Administers payroll
  • Handles bank accounts and credit cards
  • Manages documents related to service, installation, and job cost
  • Plans, prepares, and evaluates financial reports

Human Resources

Human Resources Administrator: The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing all employees and employment records.

  • Maintains and processes all personnel files and documentation

Installation

Installation Manager: The Installation Manager supervises all installers and mechanics. He or she oversees installation projects, personnel, and safety procedures.

  • Rewards and disciplines employees
  • Ensures that all installer and mechanics comply with safety procedures, and trash and truck management

Installation Team Captain: Along with acting as a Crew Leader, the Installation Team Captain assists the Installation Manager.

  • Assists in training new installers
  • Assists in organizing and conducting meetings
  • Fills in for the Installation Manager when he or she is absent

Crew Leader: The Crew Leader supervises installation projects. He or she ensures that the customer needs are met, and that the installation is done right and on time.

  • Performs installations
  • Oversees mechanics
  • Communicates with the customer
  • Maintains the truck-workshop and keeps it stocked
  • Oversees safety procedures and keeps a clean worksite
  • Completes related paperwork and financial transactions

Mechanic: Mechanics conduct installation projects under the supervision of the Crew Leader and Installation Manager.

  • Performs window and door installations
  • Assists the Crew Leader in maintaning a clean, safe job site
  • Keeps a well organized and fully stocked truck
  • Carries out the Crew Leader's instructions
  • Communicates with customers to ensure that needs are met

Preview Technician: The Preview Technician is responsible for the preparation of the job. He or she will review the site and measure all window and door projects, then provide the technical specifications and documentation needed for the installation.

  • Completes technical measurements of windows and doors
  • Evaluates and provides specifications for all materials needed for the project
  • Completes all paperwork precisely
  • Manages job site photos
  • Provides technical assistance to sales consultants and crew leaders
  • Works with the Installation Manager to resolve problems and challenges

Process Team

Process Team Captain: In addition to the duties of a Process Team member, the Process Team Captain assists the Director of Operations in administrative and leadership roles.

  • Monitors the Process Team and ensures company and departmental policies are executed
  • Assists the Director of Operations in implementing new processes and procedures
  • Assists in training new Process Team members
  • Assists in organizing and leading meetings

Process Closer: The Process Closer properly oversees the final phase of the installation process.

  • Orders various materials
  • Processes receiving documents
  • Generates reports
  • Reports project information for the service department
  • Evaluates project costs
  • Cross-trains with other Process Team members to support each other

Process Sustainer: The Process Sustainer oversees the middle phases of the installation process.

  • Schedules installation work
  • Orders windows, doors, and related supplies
  • Processes receiving documents
  • Cross-trains with other Process Team members to support each other

Process Initiator: The Process Initiator oversees the beginning phase of the installation process.

  • Checks installation project paperwork to verify accuracy
  • Schedules and processes preview specifications and measurements
  • Verifies all technical information and measurements for projects
  • Cross-trains with other Process Team members to support each other

Service Processor: The Service Processor takes on the responsibility of scheduling service calls, ordering service materials, and ensuring quality control of the service process.

  • Handles customer requests and schedules service visits
  • Orders service parts
  • Cross-trains with other Process Team members to support each other

Service Technician: The Service Technician executes service projects. The technician ensures that customers' needs are met and that the job is finished properly.

  • Helps complete window and door service calls
  • Maintains a clean, well organized, and fully stocked truck
  • Completes related paperwork and financial transactions

Administration/Executive

General Manager—Charlotte Location: The General Manager is responsible for all areas of the business. He or she must handle administrative duties, oversee empolyees, sales, marketing, and installation. The GM must also strive to continue to grow the company and provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provides effective leadership by promoting a productive, cost-effective, safe work environment
  • Oversees and manages all personnel tasks, including recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating
  • Works closely with the President to formulate long-range goals
  • Reviews and analyzes financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to assess progress
  • Encourages and supports teambuilding programs and exercises
  • Increases productivity and sales
  • Oversees the receiving, storage, organization, retrieval, and timely dispatch of products
