New Entry Door

“People come over from the neighborhood just to look at our door! We always tell them it’s a Mr. Rogers door!”

When we first moved into our brand new house, we noticed that the front entry door didn’t really look very good. Not only was it not installed properly, the weatherstripping was really shot—dust was actually coming in off the street, even when the door was closed!

We know that new homes are built using builder-grade products, but we were so unhappy with the look and the performance of our front door, we decided to shop around and find a new door on our own.

We went to a builder’s show and saw a door we really liked at the Mr. Rogers’ display. We asked the salesman if we could have any lock we wanted installed, and he said, no problem!

Fast forward to installation day and we were even more impressed. Two Mr. Rogers’ installers came to the house, took out the door and examined the entranceway carefully. They re-measured, shaved the opening down, and made sure the whole door was plumb, which is really important.

We are thrilled with our Mr. Rogers door! Inside and out, our door looks great. They did a nice job. They’ve got good people! We really appreciate the way they conduct business.
