• Regular wear and tear that affects the performance of your windows and doors, and accidental damage or breakage is also covered, free of charge, for as long as you own your home.
• Mr. Rogers Windows' guarantee covers everything. Parts, supplies, labor, time and clean up are all included. There are no hidden fees, and no surprise charges.
• In cases of natural disaster or vandalism, homeowners insurance replaces your windows and doors.

Renewal by Andersen Windows and Patio Doors

Renewal by Andersen's warranty is fully transferable, and does not end when you sell your home. Full coverage can be transferred from owner to owner as long as the warranty is still in effect. Warranties include parts, labor, and the following:

Renewal by Andersen offers a 20-year limited warranty on glass in window sashes and patio doors. The glass is guaranteed to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship beginning on the day of installation. Insulated glass is guaranteed not to develop problems that obstruct the view, or leaks in the organic seal under normal conditions and use.

Renewal by Andersen also offers a 10-year warranty on other parts of the window or door. Fibrex windows are guaranteed not to flake, rust, blister, peel, crack, pit, corrode, or rot, under normal use for 10 years from the day of installation. Other parts of a Renewal by Andersen window or door, such as locks, lifts, balance systems, hinges, handles, insect screens, weathering strips and finishes, are also covered for 10 years.

ProVia Steel and Fiberglass Doors

The ProVia warranty is fully transferable to one homeowner following the purchasing homeowner.

• ProVia guarantees that their steel and fiberglass doors, as well as the sidelite slabs, will not shrink, warp, split, crack or delaminate, so long as they are used under normal conditions, for as long as you own your home.
• Clear glass and the privacy glass collection are also guaranteed for life, including breakage and seal failure.
• Decorative glass and internal blinds carry a 10-year warranty from ProVia, which covers seal failure and material or workmanship defects.
• Paint and stain finishes on doors and frames are guaranteed not to flake, chip, blister or peel for 7 years from the time the door is installed.
• Hardware and accessories are guaranteed under a 10-year warranty.

ProVia Storm Doors

The storm door warranty from ProVia is fully transferable to one owner following the purchasing owner.

• ProVia will replace your storm door if the baked enamel paint finish flakes, chips, blisters, or peels. This is a lifetime warranty.
• All handles and mail slots with brass, satin nickel, or aged bronze finishes are covered for 1 year.
• Screens are guaranteed not to rot, stain or rust for a period of 15 years.
• The ProVia storm door insulated glass carries a lifetime warranty against air leakage due to seal failure, material build up causing an obstructed view, and breakage under conditions of normal use.
