Annual Service Contracts give you the freedom to put your home on an automatic schedule—no buckets, no rags, no ladders. Your windows will be clean and clear, year after year. Choose your month in advance and we'll contact you to schedule the most convenient day.

Gutter Flush Combo Service

With your annual Window Cleaning Service you are welcome to add a power flush service for your gutters. Since the Window Clean team has ladders out at your home, they can easily flush all the debris and dirt out of your gutters. Keep your gutters flowing smoothly year after year with this combo service.

Up to 90 linear feet: $45
Up to 200 linear feet: $65

Door Seal and Lock Check

A family's best friend for safe and secure entryways. Technicians adjust all locks, replace weatherstripping as needed, and adjust door alignment.

Up to 6 doors: $29
