Living in the heart of the city can offer you all the conveniences. Well, almost. Properly sealing windows, as well as using wooden shutters and heavy drapes can help reduce noise coming from outside as well. Other tips include using a fan or noise machine, background music, headphones, and even shrubs and trees to help dampen noise from the busy street outside.
